About Our Site

AHealthCareer was formed to offer a unique reference point on comprehensive advice on working in health.

If you love the field of healthcare, finding the right career can be challenging. That's why we created a website dedicated to providing facts and tips about many health careers - including niche ones that are growing today. With most healthcare information scattered between websites, we wanted to give you a place where you can access everything you need to choose a health career.

Each career description offers examples of key traits to make it easier for you to match your own personality and skills with a health career. Read about some of the issues and risks in healthcare to protect yourself and make sure you get the most out of your health career.

Find out what you need to study for each health career and what experience and education will give you a competitive advantage in your role. You can also discover just what a typical day in the life of a specific health career is like - whether it's working as a surgeon or in pharmaceutical advertising. Insider information can help you learn which health career will be rewarding.

Our team of experts has provided you with the information you need to get ahead in healthcare. Whether earning top wages is your priority or helping people to live healthier lives, this website is a comparison tool to help you make the best decision for your future.

Our concern was that there was no single UK resource for interesting features and practical advice on this subject.

Our features and articles are written by experts - who have experience, or a particular interest in this area.

Our Background

AHealthCareer was founded by John Rowlinson, the founder of PtS.

John, through PtS, is involved in a number of ventures including software and property companies. A percentage of revenue from these activities goes towards funding AHealthCareer and a number of similar sites.

Our focus is simply on having experts create the highest quality information possible that is widely read.
